Your first 7 days

The first seven days are for observation and tuning. How fast the workspace produces paid activity depends on your audience, offer, pricing, and traffic. This guide gives you the rhythm that gets useful signal without over-editing the assistant every hour.

Plan to spend 15 to 20 minutes in the dashboard each day. After the first week, many teams move to a lighter review cadence.

Open Inbox and Dashboard in two tabs. Watch a few complete conversations before intervening.

Check:

  • Does the assistant sound like the persona you set up?
  • Are replies the right length?
  • Are paid-media offers arriving in moments that make sense?
  • Are manual takeover controls easy to use?

Do not rewrite the whole setup on day one. Make notes.

Open Settings -> AI Chatter.

Make one small change based on day-one notes:

  • Shorten replies if they feel too long.
  • Warm the tone if it feels too formal.
  • Reduce intensity if the offer pace feels too sharp.
  • Add a boundary if fans found a topic you do not want handled by AI.

Save and watch the next few conversations before changing anything else.

Open Fans and sort by recent activity. Look for fans who chatted briefly and then went quiet.

Click into a few records and read the recent context. You are trying to learn whether:

  • The fan was never very engaged.
  • The assistant missed the tone.
  • Pricing was too high for this audience.
  • Manual takeover would have helped.

tease.bot can re-engage fans automatically, but reading a few examples yourself helps you tune it responsibly.

Open Funnels.

Review the active funnel:

  • Are the tiers clearly different from each other?
  • Does the first tier feel easy enough to unlock?
  • Do captions match the media?
  • Is the strongest tier priced like the strongest tier?

Add one improvement, not five. A better first tier or a clearer premium tier is usually more useful than a brand-new funnel.

Open Analytics. If you have little traffic, use the widest range available.

Look for directional signal:

  • Active fans.
  • Paid-media views and unlocks.
  • Average fan value.
  • Which funnel tiers get attention.
  • Which conversations needed takeover.

Early numbers can be noisy. Use them to choose what to inspect, not to declare the whole setup good or bad.

Open Settings -> Automations.

Review the automations that touch fans without a live operator:

  • Follow-ups after a fan goes quiet.
  • Follow-ups after a paid-media offer.
  • Daily touchpoints for regulars.
  • Birthday or special-date flows, if enabled.

Keep defaults unless you have a clear reason. If you turn something off, write down why so the team does not re-enable it blindly later.

Day 7: Prepare payouts and wallet settings

Section titled “Day 7: Prepare payouts and wallet settings”

Open Settings -> Payouts.

In the first week, Available now may be small or zero because Telegram Star rewards require a settlement hold before they can be withdrawn. Use day seven to prepare the payout side:

  • Add and double-check your wallet.
  • Read Why Telegram Stars payouts take 21 days.
  • Confirm who on your team is allowed to request payouts.
  • Decide whether to use Tease Wallet for platform charges, where available.

After the first settlement window starts releasing, payout review becomes a normal operating task.

By the end of week one, you should have:

  • A green Telegram connection.
  • At least one tested active funnel.
  • AI Chatter settings that match real conversations.
  • A known manual takeover workflow.
  • Payout details saved or deliberately postponed.
  • One smart link or pinned Telegram destination that points fans to the right place.

Next: Migrate your existing Telegram channel if you have an existing audience to connect.
